Nh Amsterdam Zuid Hotel

The food provided was savoury.

The rooms were top quality and well laid out with private bathroom.

It was really a very nice room and I slept very well!

It was really rather far from the city centre, which for some reason, I had not noticed. A Taxi to Leidsplein is 20€.

The possibility to make coffee/tea in the room. the quiteness. the location was excellent for us.

The staff came too many times to check if the room was clean and opened the door immidiately. The fifth night (we made reservations then for another night) they cleaned the room at 7 o'clock at night when we came back from a very tiring day and there seemed to be a mix up between housekeeping and the reception. Was very unmpleasant for us.

Nice hotel withinf area of free parking in Amsterdam with easy access to center via Tram 5. perfect for someone traveling with car.

Insulation aroubd the windows is pretty bad so you can hear everything outside and you feel the air flow.

Nice designed room, and very clean. Friendly staff.

When we ariived we had to pay except for the whole amount of our stay, extra 50 euro per day, which were given back to us the day we left. They told us that we prepay any additional service that we will use during our stay there, as drinks from the fridge etc.

We loved modern and fashionable room with good beds. The location was favourable, for example, Zuidas was not too far from the hotel. We found it in a very quiet area not far from the airport👍👍

Close to the airport, very easy access and acceptable distance from the city (Tram 5). Nice room. Clean. Professional staff.

At the buffet breakfast my coffee was taken off the two times while I was taking additional stuff (the first and second day).

The breakfast was exceptionally nice, the check in was friendly. I was offered a room with amazing views of garden. Good service, although a few employees were very rude.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Room was clean and they had a very late checkout on Sundays for free!

Came back late night and it was a bit hard to figure out how to open the entrance of the hotel using my card key. Even though there was a person in the front desk, he deliverately ignored us until we figured out hot to get in. Compared to the person working during the day time, the night time employees had low hospitality.

Good vibes but needs fixes

Had a mixed bag stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. The bar had a fun atmosphere. But the room cards were a total hassle, often didn't work, and the sauna was down. Not the best for work trips with such quirks. Definitely great for a group hang!

Holte Rooms have a nice Modern Design. The hand out map of the city aswell as the map of local transportation is very usefull to find your way around. The Hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Location is a little bit far from the centre, but with public transportation it is just 15 min away.

Nearness to RAI, quite residential area, short walk to public transportation.

The shower was not enough powerfull. Difficulty in mixing warm and cold water to the right temperature. Had to play with the tap every time I took a shower.Water came out too hot or too cold.

I appreciated the hotel's modern decor and spacious rooms, made moving around easy. The staff was very attentive.

Accessibility to public transportation could be better.
